辽河油田曙一区超稠原油综合评价

摘　　要：辽河油田曙一区超稠原油密度大（ρ２０ ＝ ０ ．９９７ ７ ｇ·ｃｍ － ３） ，粘度超稠（ ｖ１００ ＝ １ ２２３ ．９ ｍ ｍ ２·ｓ－ １） ，凝点高（４８ ℃） ，无汽油馏分，柴油馏分收率仅为７ ．１９ ％ ，其性质类似一般原油的渣油馏分。辽河油田现将此原油经乳化后作烧火油使用。但是由于此原油粘度极大，至使雾化不均匀，燃烧并不充分。为合理利用此石油资源，对辽河油田曙一区超稠原油做了综合评价，分别分析评价了此原油各个不同馏分的性质。结果表明，此原油蜡含量低，胶质和沥青质含量高，属低硫环烷基原油，是生产道路沥青的优质原料。根据原油性质，提出了利用此原油大于３５０The characteristics of the high viscous crude from No.1 Shuguang zone of Liaohe oil field are similar to that of residue distillates of general crude with high density ( ρ 20 =0.9977 g·cm -3 ), high viscidity ( v 100 =1 223.9 mm 2·s -1 ) and high solidifying point(48℃). It contains no gasoline distillate and diesel yield is just 7.19%. Now it is used as fuel after emulsificating. But this oil is so vicious that it can not be atomized uniformly and burned fully. In order to make total use of this oil, the high viscous crude from No.1 Shuguang zone of Liaohe oil field was evaluated comprehensively. And the properties of various distillates from the crude were analyzed and evaluated respectively. The results indicated that this oil contains less wax, but rich resin and asphalt, which belongs to low sulfur naphthene-base crude oil and can be used as feedstock to produce high-quality paving asphalt. According to its characteristics, the optimum processing scheme was put forward and the high-quality paving asphalts were produced by using the distillates higher than 350℃.
