初探人类辅助生殖中卵巢反应不良的处理对策

摘　　要：卵巢反应不良常导致获卵数减少,并造成治疗周期的取消和低妊娠率,最终影响辅助生殖助孕的治疗结局。目前卵巢反应不良的处理方式主要有:调整外源性促性腺激素的使用、促排卵方案的改良和添加辅助药物等。Poor ovarian response always leads to the reduction in the number of oocytes,and is associated with high cycle cancellation and diminished pregnancy.At present the treatment options of poor response are： adjusting the protocols of Gn,improving the program of control ovarian stimulation,addition of ancillary drug and so on.
