葛枳护肝胶囊质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的建立葛枳护肝胶囊的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法对葛枳护肝胶囊中葛根、陈皮和人参进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法,检测波长：250 nm,色谱柱：zorbax SB-C18,流动相：甲醇-水（28∶72）,流速：1.0 ml/min,测定其主要活性成分葛根素的含量。结果薄层鉴别,供试品色谱中葛根素、大豆苷元、橙皮苷、人参皂苷Rg1/Re/Rb1在与对照品和对照药材色谱相应位置上显相同颜色的斑点,阴性对照无干扰;含量测定,葛根素浓度在5~80μg/ml范围内呈良好线性关系（r=0.9999）,平均加样回收率为100.66%,RSD为2.41%。结论薄层鉴别和含量测定方法操作简便、结果准确、重复性好,能有效控制葛枳护肝胶囊的质量。Objective To study the quality control of Gezhihugan Capsules.Methods Thin layer chromatography was used to determine Radix puerariae,Daidzein,Hesperidin and GinsenosideRg1/Re/Rb1,and high performance liquid chromatography system was used to determine the content of puerarin,the active compound,puerarin in the Gezhihugan capsules.Results The spot of Radix puerariae,Daidzein,Hesperidin and GinsenosideRg1/Re/Rb1 of the test sample was consistent with that of the control in the thin layer chromatography.The linear range of puerarln was both 5-80 μg/ml,r=0.9999,the average recovery was 100.66%,and RSD was 2.41%.Conclusion Thin layer chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography used in this study are simple and accurate for the quality control of Gezhihugan Capsules.
