硅溶胶-苯丙乳液复合外墙涂料的研制

摘　　要：采用正交试验法将硅溶胶与苯丙乳液冷拼复配,配以颜填料和助剂经研磨分散制得硅溶胶-苯丙乳液无机/有机复合外墙涂料。通过对复合涂料进行性能检测,结果显示该涂料兼具有无机涂料和有机涂料的特性,其耐沾污性能、耐候性和隔热性能比普通外墙乳胶涂料有所提高。Silica sol and St/BA emulsion inorganic/organic composite exterior wall coatings was prepared by mixing the silica sol and St/BA emulsion with physical blending by orthogonal test method,and then the pigment,fillings and additives were added in order to get the material.Through the coatings performance monitoring,could be found that coating have the specialty in both inorganic and organic.It has the better characters in smudge resistance,weather resistance and thermal insulation than the common exterior wall coatings.
