摘　　要：介绍了汽车涂装的质量控制体系,在产品设计阶段着重考虑白车身的通过性、作业性、防腐性和密封性;涂装材料方面着重认可、验收和使用监控;涂装生产过程中建立人、机、料、法、环及过程监控的指标保障体系。The quality control system of automotive coating was introduced,focused on the adoption of the white body,operating resistance,corrosion protection and sealing at the stage of product design;focused on recognition,acceptance and use of monitoring on the side of coating materials;established the target security system of human,machine,material,method,and the process of monitoring on coating production process.
