城市功能转换与后发展地区经济发展内生动力关系分析——以近代西北商路的城市为中心

摘　　要：近代西北主要城市中逐渐出现的,以服务于本地市场或以本地特定优势资源为基础的现代产业聚集现象是城市自身功能转换的突出表现。西北城市,(市场)的商品结构及其市场供给能力变动与区域产业结构变动密切相关,但其现代产业聚集区的形成与发展则主要建基于其自身的基础设施、资本供应能力和生产技术、管理和制度变革作用的凸显。这不仅表明城市功能转换是近代西北商品市场变动和经济发展的主要内容和特征,更显示出城市功能转换使西北城市具备了主导区域经济发展及其商品市场变动的能力。近代西北作为中国的后发展地区,其区域商品市场变动和区域经济发展并不缺乏内在动力,过往研究于此问题所作的相关结论具有大而化之的嫌疑。Rising gradually in modern major cities in northwestern China is an aggregation of modern industries based on peculiar local advantageous resources or serving local market,which is regarded as a remarkable indication of transformation of self-functions of these cities.Changes in the cities in northwestern China,structure of urban（market） commodity and urban supply capacity are closely associated with changes in structure of regional industries.However,the shaping and development of aggregated regions of modern industries are mainly based on basic facilities,capacity of capital supply and productive technology of their own and the prominence of evolution of administration and systems.This shows not only that the transformation of urban functions acts as the principal contents and features of changes in commodity market and economic development in modern Northwest but also that the cities in this part of China have become capable of playing a leading role in development of regional economy and changes in commodity market.As post-developing areas in modern China,the northwestern cities never lack internal motivation for changes in commodity market and development of regional economy.Thus those former studies are believed to have been over-general and purely theoretical.
