基于因子分析视角下的跨国并购FDI变动的影响因素研究

摘　　要：文章运用多元统计之因子分析方法研究了对我国跨国并购FDI变动的影响因素,研究表明跨国并购FDI变动的主要因子是技术进步、国内经济景气程度和国际经济景气程度综合因素,并通过对4个不同历史时期进行考察与分析,发现各个综合因素在不同时期的作用及重要程度不相同。This paper studies the influencing factors of Cross-border Mergers Acquisitions FDI＇s fluctuation by using factor analysis in multivariate statistics methods.The research result shows that the main influencing factors include the technological progress comprehensive factor,the degree of domestic economy comprehensive factor and the degree of international economic boom comprehensive factor.Four different historical periods are applied to examine and analyse,a law is found that respective comprehensive factors have different roles and importance on degrees of Cross-border Mergers Acquisitions FDI in different times.
