摘  要:采用阴离子原位聚合法制备了单体浇铸尼龙6(MCPA6)/聚酯型热塑性聚氨酯弹性体(PUR-T)复合材料,考察了其性能及结构。力学性能测试表明,当PUR-T质量分数为1.1%时,复合材料的断裂伸长率达到214.5%,相比MCPA6提高了147%,随着PUR-T含量的增加,复合材料的缺口冲击强度逐渐提高。扫描电子显微镜观察发现,复合材料的拉伸断口表现出明显的韧性断裂特征;广角X射线衍射测试结果表明,复合材料只存在α晶型,而且随着PUR-T的加入,降低了MCPA6的结晶温度和玻璃化转变温度,表明PUR-T的加入,有效削弱了PA6分子链之间的相互作用。Composites of nylon 6 and thermoplastic polyester-based urethane elastomer(MCPA6/PUR-T) were synthesized with e-caprolactam via in- situ anionic ringopening polymerization. When compouding with 1.1% PUR-T, the breaking enlongation of the composite was greatly increased and reached 214.5% (which was 247% higher than that of the pure MCPA6). Moreover, the notched izod impact strength of the composite was also enhanced with the increase of the PUR-T content. Ductile fracture was found during the SEM characterization process, and only u-form crystal of nylon 6 existed in the composite detected by wide-angle X-ray diffraction. Furthermore, the crystallization temperature and glass-transition temperature were decreased with increasing PUR-T content, which indicated that the interaction between polyamide 6 chains was weakened by PUR-T.
