益胃汤对子宫内膜异位症大鼠细胞因子的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察益胃汤(YWD)对子宫内膜异位症(EMs)大鼠细胞因子的影响。方法:采用大鼠自体子宫内膜移植建立子宫内膜异位症(内异症)大鼠模型。将造模成功大鼠随机分为模型对照组、达那唑对照组、反应停对照组、益胃汤高、中、低剂量组,另设假手术对照组,连续给药4周后,观察YWD对异位内膜形态学变化的影响,并用ELISA法检测YWD对外周血TNFα、IL-1β和VEGF含量的影响。结果:YWD治疗4周后,与模型对照组比较,YWD各剂量组外周血TNFα、IL-1β和VEGF含量均较模型对照组显著降低(P<0.05;P<0.01)。结论:YWD能使EMs模型外周血免疫因子TNFα和IL-1β及促血管生成因子VEGF含量降低,提示YWD治疗EMs的作用机制之一是通过减少TNFα和IL-1β等免疫因子生成,使血管生成促进因子VEGF生成减少,阻断/抑制异位内膜血管,抑制病灶的形成和生长。Objective：To research the effects of YiWei Decoction（YWD） on cell factors in endometriosis rats.Methods：EMs model rats were randomly divided into high dose YWD treated group,middle dose YWD treated group,low dose YWD treated group,Danazol treated group and model group.Another,sham operation group were acted as control group.The effects on the levels of InterIeukin-1（IL-1β）、Tumor Necrosis Factor alpha（TNF-α）and vascular endothelial growth facter（VEGF）in the blood serum were measured by enzyme-linked immunosobent assay（ELISA）.Results：Compared with model group,the levels of IL-1β、TNF-α and VEGF of YWD treated groups decreased significantly after four weeks treated（P 0.05）.Conclusions：YWD could inhibit the expression level of serum IL-1β、TNF-α and VEGF of endometriosis of rats,which maybe one of the mechanisms for YWD to inhibite the form and growth of ectopic endometrium.
