回乳调经颗粒治疗高催乳素血症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察回乳调经颗粒治疗高催乳素血症的临床疗效。方法:将75例高催乳素血症患者随机分为治疗组(回乳调经颗粒组)39例,对照组(溴隐亭组)36例,观察两组患者治疗前后症状改善及性激素变化。结果:回乳调经颗粒辨证治疗高催乳素血症,总有效率达87.2%,统计学显示与对照组无显著性意义,但与对照组相比,症状改善明显。结论:回乳调经颗粒治疗高催乳素血症是有效、安全的。Objectives：To explore the clinical efficacy of HuiRuTiaoJing Granules on treating Hyperprolactinemia.Methods：75 patients consistented with diagnostic code were divided randomly into two groups,39 cases in HuiRuTiaoJing Granules group,36 cases in the control group（bromocriptine group）.Cardinal symptom improving and the sex hormone changes were compared.Results：The effective power of HuiRuTiaoJing Granules is 87.2%.The control group showed no statistically significant differences,but the cardinal symptom improving were significant.Conclusions：It is effective and safe to treat Hyperprolactinemia with HuiEuRiaoJing Granules in clinic.
