口服甲硝唑引起血尿2例

摘　　要：2例患者(男性58岁,女性49岁)为防治口腔感染服用甲硝唑0.4 g,3次/d。分别于服药后第2、3天出现肉眼血尿,同时伴有腰痛、尿急、尿频、尿痛等症状。尿常规检查示男性患者红细胞(++),女性患者红细胞满视野。停用甲硝唑,改为头孢氨苄+琥乙红霉素,症状逐渐减轻并消失。Two patients,a 58-year-old man and a 49-year-old woman,received metronidazole 0.4 g thrice daily for prevention and treatment of oral infection.They presented with gross hematuria on days 2 and 3 after drug administration,respectively,followed by lumbago,urgency of urination,urinary frequency,painful urination,and other symptoms.Routine urine tests revealed RBC（＋＋）in the male patient and numerous RBC in the female patient.Metronidazole was discontinued and switched to combination treatment with cefalexin and erythromycin ethylsuccinate.Their symptoms improved gradually and then disappeared.
