复方明矾液双层注射加肛门紧缩术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂38例

摘　　要：目的：观察双层注射加肛门缩紧术综合治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂的疗效。方法：用6％复方明矾液注入脱垂状态下的直肠黏膜下，复位后再注射直肠周围问隙，然后加肛门缩紧手术的方法治疗38例直肠脱垂。结果：38例患者全部临床治愈。出院后获随访35例，随访时间6个月～5年，均无复发，失访3例。结论：应用复方明矾液双层注射加肛门紧缩术治疗成人完全性直肠脱垂，具有疗效确切、操作简单、痛苦小，且远期复发率低。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of double-ply injection and anal tightening operation in the treatment of adult＇s complete rectal prolapse. Methods 38 patients with complete rectal prolapse were treated with anal tightening operation, submucosa and perianal sclerotherapy injection with 6% liquid compound alum. Results All of the 38 patients were recovered. 35 cases were followed up after discharge, no recurrence for 6 months to 5 years. 3 compound alum and anal simple, less pain and less patients were lost. Conclusion The therapy of double-ply injection with 6% liquid tightening operation in the treatment of adult＇s complete rectal prolapse is effective, long-term recurrence rate.
