摘　　要：为促进妇幼卫生服务的提供公平均等,连云港市卫生局结合妇幼保健工作的实际需求,设计研发了业务、管理、服务、科研四位一体的妇幼保健管理系统,经过全市范围半年的实践应用,取得了理想的效果。文章重点介绍了该系统的研究背景、设计思路和创新点。In order to improve the providing of maternal and child health（MCH） services fair and equal,health bureau of Lianyungang city designed and developed the MCH management system combining with the work of the actual demand of MCH,which are made up of the function of business,management,service and scientific research.They achieved the expected effect through half-year practice of citywide application.The article mainly introduced the management system of research background,design ideas and innovations.
