摘 要:为了利用产品创新结果和产品再创新源泉的专利文献去激发设计灵感和辅助产品创新,分析了专利知识的结构和表达方式,提出一种利用专利知识辅助产品创新的方法,即通过分析同类和异类产品专利中的各种知识,利用关联规则算法挖掘目的功能-手段功能之间的关联规则,获得目的功能-手段功能之间的关联知识,借助灵感激发原理有效获取关联异类产品专利,进而识别和提取异类产品专利中的灵感激发因素,从异类产品专利中获取启发式知识,并提出辅助产品创新设计流程.最后以冲击钻的创新设计为例验证了提出的方法,实验结果表明该方法的有效性.To stimulate design inspiration and aid product innovation with help of patents which are both the results and resources of product innovation,a method of using patent knowledge for aiding product innovation was provided through analyzing the types and applications of patent knowledge.First the knowledge contained in patents of heterogeneous and homogeneous products was analyzed.Next the association knowledge between artifice function and objective function was acquired from homogeneous product patents through mining the association rules by the association rule algorithm.Last the heuristic knowledge was acquired by means of inspiration stimulation principles through efficiently searching the associated heterogeneous product patents and identifying the features of inspiration stimuli from acquired patents.The flow chart of product innovation with the aid of patent knowledge was presented.The method is illustrated by the innovation design of a hammer drill.The obtained result proves the validity of this method.
