摘 要:超声编码激励通过发射具有编码形式的超声信号,可以有效提高医学超声成像系统的信噪比、帧频和探查深度等性能指标.为了给医学超声成像系统的研究与设计提供参考,对目前编码激励的研究成果进行了总结.在介绍编码激励基本原理和发射编码序列基本特性的基础上,介绍了编码激励在信噪比增益、激励码型和组织非线性效应方面的理论研究进展,之后针对编码激励技术在传统B型成像、弹性成像、高频超声成像、高帧频成像、合成孔径成像、血流成像、谐波成像及消除超声图像杂斑等多个技术方面的应用情况进行了评述,最后对编码激励技术的发展前景进行了展望.By transmitting coded ultrasound,coded excitation improves the signal-to-noise ratio,the frame rate and the penetration of the medical ultrasound imaging device.In order to provide guidelines to researchers in the field of medical ultrasound imaging,the newly advance of medical ultrasonic coded excitation was reviewed in this work.Introducing the basic principles of coded excitation and the characteristics of different types of code,gain in signal-to-noise ratio obtained by coded excitation,designing of types of code,tissue attenuation and nonlinear effect's influence on pulsed compression were depicted.And the applications of coded excitation in B-mode ultrasound,elastography,high frequency ultrasound imaging,high frame rate imaging,synthetic aperture imaging,blood flow imaging and speckle reduction were reviewed regarding the properties of the coded excitation.Finally,advances of coded excitation was explored and prospected.
