浦东新区医疗卫生资源总量及公平性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析浦东新区2004年-2008年医疗卫生资源总量和公平性,为制定医疗机构设置规划提供参考。方法:查阅并分析了上海市及浦东新区各类统计年鉴和政府统计报表的相关数据,用基尼系数(Gini coefficient)评价了社区卫生资源配置的公平性。结果:2008年浦东新区医疗机构数、医疗床位数、卫生技术人员数比2004年有了显著增长,主要社区卫生资源的基尼系数较低。结论:浦东新区医疗卫生资源总量相对不足,但社区卫生资源配置的公平性较好。Objective： The quantity and equity of health resources in Pudong New Area during 2004-2008 were analyzed in order to provide the reference for the regional allocation planning of medical institutions.Methods： Data from the statistical yearbooks and governmental statistical reports in Shanghai and Pudong New Area were collected and the equity of community health resources was analyzed through Gini coefficient.Results： The number of medical institutes,hospital beds and health professionals significantly increased in 2008 compared to that in 2004 and the Gini coefficient of community health resources was relatively low in Pudong New Area in 2008.Conclusion： The health resources were relatively insufficient in Pudong New Area,but the equity of community health resources was quite good.
