摘 要:内建测试技术(BIT)作为提高仪器装备可维修性和可测试性的重要手段,在现代复杂电子系统中得到普遍重视和广泛应用。本文针对新一代多普勒天气雷达系统,着重分析了雷达运行状态过程中数据采集与特征参数提取的可测试性设计方法(DFT),根据系统内建的自测试功能,测试发射机和接收机信号流程,提取功率、噪声和工作温度等各项参数,一旦各分系统出现故障,系统便会自动报警,根据报警参数和测试信息即可准确快速判断出故障所在,以提高雷达系统的可用性和可靠性。BIT(Built in Test)testing technology is generally considered as an important method for enhancing instrument maintainability and testability,which is widely used in the complex electronic system.Based on the new generation Doppler weather radar system,this paper analyses data acquisition and DFT(Design for Testability)method through radar running status.According to built in test,the signals of transmitter and receiver are measured,and parameters of power,noise and operation temperature are obtained.If the radar system has any problems,it can give automatic alarms.The technical personnel can rapid judge the fault according to the alarm and testing information in order to improve the availability and reliability of the radar system.
