摘　　要：本文针对新疆气象中心二期数据库系统,阐述了通过制定正确的运行检查标准、MQ和ORACLE数据库系统性能调优、通信服务系统应急切换等方法对系统进行管理和维护,并对系统二次开发技术进行了简单介绍,讨论了二期气象数据库系统正式投入业务运行以后的工作重点。Based on phaseⅡ database system of Xinjiang meteorological center,by means of making correct methods,such as operation for examination standards,performance tuning of MQ and ORACLE database,and emergency switch of communication service systemetc,this paper gives a brief introduction on system secondary development,and discusses the key work and technology that must be accomplished in phase Ⅱmeteorological database system
