摘　　要：目的:观察冠状动脉搭桥术(CABG)术后应用主动脉内球囊反搏(Intra-Aortic Ballon PumpI,ABP)的并发症及其护理效果。方法:对CABG术后采用IABP患者20例进行规范护理,观察并发症的发生率及其预后。结果:本组均无严重并发症发生,疗效满意出院。结论:术后严密观察与护理可以减少IABP并发症的发生。Objective：Coronary artery bypass grafting（CABG） surgery in some patients due to cardiac failure,cardiac output decreased,the simple application in the treatment of various vasoactive drugs,results are subject to certain restrictions,high mortality rate.Methods：of intra-aortic counterpulsation ball（Intra-Aortic BaIIon Pump,IABP） is a primary function to left ventricular mechanical guidance loop device by increasing coronary perfusion and ventricular afterload reduction to improve the patient＇s hemodynamic school situation.Results：for improving the treatment and reduce mortality has important clinical significance.Conclusion：and close monitoring after the vital signs of patients,strict aseptic operation,closely monitor the clotting time（ACT） do IABP have the skin around the vein puncture site care,reduce IABP complications.
