生命网健康教育方式对高血压控制的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨依靠生命网模式对高血压患者实施健康教育的作用。方法:调查对象为2007年3月～2008年3月在我科住院的高血压患者400例。入网时患者填写问卷,加入"生命网"后定期参与医院的讲座和活动,建立病情档案,定期随访一年后再次进行问卷调查。结果:患者入网前普遍缺乏高血压防治的相关知识,造成治疗依从性的降低;生命网模式健康教育可以传授相关知识(P<0.01),提高治疗依从性(P<0.01)。结论:生命网模式的调查研究和健康教育可以提供高血压防治平台,提高高血压的知晓率、治疗率和控制率。Objective：The influence of health education on hypertension treatment is studied by means of mode of heart care net in the treatment of hypertension.Methods：400 cases of hypertension inpatients have been observed by questionaires from March,2007 to March,2008.Patients fill out questionaires which are retrieved immediately,and patients register in heart care net to take part in lectures and activities regularly while case files are built.Following up regularly for one year,patients are enquired by questionaires again.Results：Patients in the absent of knowledge in hypertension treatment and precaution,which lead to reducement in patients′ obedient to treatment.The mode of heart care net health education can teach relevent knowledge（P 0.01） and make progress in patients′ obedient to treatment.Conclusion：The questionaires study and health education based on mode of heart care net can serves as a plantform for hypertension treament and precaution and improve the public awareness rate,cure rate and control rate of hypertension,lower the charge for patients.
