摘　　要：通过对当前开展优质护理服务取得的成效、实施的核心内容、形式等进行综述,从整体上把握我国现阶段优质护理服务的新进展,揭示了当前存在的问题,提出了合理配置人力资源、完善护士绩效考评体系及病人满意度评价体系等建议。By reviewing the core contents, forms and achievements in the implementation of high - quality nursing care （ QNC ）, this paper summarized the progress in QNC and pointed out the current problems. It was suggested that nursing human resources should be allocated reasonably, the performance appraisal system of nurses and evaluation of patient satisfaction should be improved.
