摘　　要：目的 观察Carto系统指导下环肺静脉隔离治疗阵发性房颤的临床疗效.方法 采用Carto系统构建肺静脉及左房三维电解剖图,在Carto指导下行环肺静脉线性消融.结果 5例阵发性房颤中,4例即刻转复窦律,1例在随访2个月时转复窦律.结论 Carto系统指导下环肺静脉隔离治疗阵发性房颤是安全有效的.Objective To investigate the effectiveness and advantages of the Carto technique inguiding catheter ablation in paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Methods The carto system was used to generate 3 D electroanatomic left atrial maps. The left atrial linear ablation were performed. Results 4 patients with persistent AF converted to sinus rhythm, 1 patient was converted to sinus rhythm 2 months later. Conclusion Carto technique have been proofed safety and effectiveness.
