复用器械使用不同频率鲁沃夫润滑防锈剂的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨复用器械使用不同频率鲁沃夫润滑防锈剂的效果,以便达到控制医院交叉感染,又能延长医疗器械使用寿命及降低医疗成本的目的。方法器械清洗后,按每次(A组)、隔1次(B组)、隔2次(C组)、隔3次(D组)分别应用鲁沃夫润滑防锈剂润滑保养,比较4种方法润滑效果及节约费用情况。结果每次或隔次应用鲁沃夫润滑防锈剂润滑保养复用器械,其润滑效果与灭菌效果都一样,但隔次应用鲁沃夫润滑防锈剂能节约成本。结论复用器械清洗后隔次浸油润滑保养,既能达到灭菌效果,防止器械返锈,同时也可减少器械的损耗,降低医院实际运行成本,提高了工作效率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To study the effect of using RUHOF lubricant and rust inhibitor in different frequencies on the multiplex apparatus,in order to control the hospital cross-infection and prolong the life of medical equipment and reduce healthcare costs.Methods The apparatus were maintained by RUHOF lubricant and rust inhibitor after cleaning at every time,every other time,every three and every four times.The lubricating effect and cost-saving were compared.Results It is of the same effect for apparatus regardless of using RUHOF lubricant in different frequencies,but using RUHOF rust lubricant every two times can reduce costs.Conclusion Maintaining apparatus every two times after being cleaned achieves sterilization and rust-preventive effect,reduces wear-and-tear of apparatus and operating cost,improves the working efficiency and deserves clinical application.
