“辩证施护”在提高手术病人舒适度中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨"辩证施护"在提高手术病人舒适度中的应用方法和效果。方法选择在本院住院行手术治疗的240例病人,按住院时间分为实验组和对照组,每组各120例,两组病人均实施常规护理,实验组在此基础上实施"辩证施护"。比较两组病人的舒适度和满意率。结果实验组病人的舒适度和满意度均优于对照组(均P<0.01)。结论在常规护理的基础上,对手术病人实施"辩证施护",使护理措施更具针对性和连续性及科学性,从而提高了护理工作质量和病人的舒适度及满意度。Objective To explore the application and effectiveness of ＂dialectical nursing＂ in improving patients＇ comfort after operation.Methods Two hundred and forty patients who received operation in this hospital were divided into the experiment group（n = 120） and the control group（n = 120）.Both groups received conventional nursing,and the experiment group received additional ＂dialectical nursing＂.Patients＇ comfort and satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Result Patients＇ comfort and satisfaction in the experiment group were better than those in the control group（all P 0.01）.Conclusions ＂Dialectical nursing＂ adds to the variety of nursing measures and is more practical.It improves nursing quality and improves patients＇ comfort and satisfaction.
