摘　　要：目的探讨医护联合查房对提高医患对护理工作满意度的作用。方法选择本院普外二区作为对照组,普外三区作为实验组。对照组采用常规的医护分开查房方法,实验组采用医生与护士联合查房的方法,比较两个病区病人及医生对护理工作的满意度。结果实验组病人及医生对护理工作的满意度高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论医护联合查房能提高病人及医生对护理工作的满意度,密切医护患关系,有利于避免医疗护理纠纷的发生。Objective To explore the effect of union ward rounds by doctors and nurses on improving doctors＇ and patients＇ satisfaction for nursing work.Methods The general surgery ward 2 was selected as a control group,the general surgery ward 3 as an experiment group in our hospital.We used conventional separate ward rounds by doctors and nurses in the control group,and used union ward rounds by doctors and nurses in the experiment group.Then we compared doctors＇ and patients＇ satisfaction for the nursing work between the two groups.Results The doctors and patients in the experiment group had higher degree of satisfaction for the nursing work than that in the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Union ward rounds by doctors and nurses could improve patients＇ and doctors＇ satisfaction of for nursing work,and therefore avoid the occurrence of medical care disputes.
