27例上唇短缩畸形患者围手术期的护理

摘　　要：目的总结上唇短缩畸形患者围手术期的护理要点。方法回顾性分析本院1995年7月-2009年12月27例上唇短缩畸形患者的临床资料,并总结护理经验。结果本组患者手术时间1.5-2.7h,住院时间5-7d。所有患者术后经6-30个月随访,达到满意的治疗效果:上唇中部适度降低,鼻小柱下方横行褶沟变浅或消失,牙齿、牙龈外露消失。结论术前完善各项检查,做好患者心理指导和口腔准备;术后有针对性地加强病情观察,重视口腔护理和饮食指导,预防切口感染,其对促进患者切口愈合具有重要的作用。Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing points when caring for patients with deformity of short upper lip.Method The clinical data in 27 patients with short upper lip from 1995 to 2009 were retrospectively analyzed,and the nursing experience was summarized.Results The mean operative time was 1.5-2.7 hours and hospital stay was 5-7 days.All patients were followed up after operation for 6-30 months.These procedures achieved satisfactory results：the mid upper lip moderately dropped,the transverse furrow became shallow or disappeared,and the teeth and the gums were no longer exposed.Conclusion It plays an important role for wound healing to complete the physical and laboratory examinations and give psychological guidance and oral preparations before operation,and to observe carefully the conditions,pay attention to oral care and dietary guidance after operation to prevent infection.
