摘　　要：目的:在创建"优质护理服务示范工程"活动中,总结深化责任护士包干负责制的方法。方法:2010年2-6月在该院创建"优质护理服务示范工程"中,该科室作为第一批试点病房,整合责任护士岗位职责中关于基础护理、病情观察、治疗、健康指导等任务,实施责任护士包干负责制。结果:通过责任护士包干负责制的细化落实,密切了护患关系,丰富了护理服务内涵,将责任护理工作延伸到患者入院、住院、出院的各个环节。结论:责任护士包干负责制建立和完善了整体护理责任包干的工作模式,改革了分工方式,落实了责任包干,明确了工作职责,提高了责任护士工作的有效性和工作潜能,使临床护理工作更加贴近患者。Objective：To establish a primary nurse responsible system in implementing high quality nursing service demonstration project. Methods：In implementing high quality nursing service demonstration project, we integrated basic nursing, patients condition monitoring, treatment, and health education together to establish a primary nurse responsible system in our department which was the first group of pilot ward from February to June 2010. Results： Through running this system, the patient-nurse relationship became closer. We also expanded the nursing care concepts, and primary nurses played more important roles from admission to discharge process. Conclusions：The primary nurse responsible system further perfected the holistic nursing care model. It could improve work efficiency and provide more humanized care for patients.
