摘　　要：目的:建立HPLC对止痒消炎酊中梣酮的含量进行测定。方法:色谱柱:HypecsilBDSC18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(60:40);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:236nm。结果:此法线性范围为0.09～2.25μg(r=0.9996),平均回收率为97.8%,RSD=1.6%(n=6)。结论:该方法简便、快速,重现性好,可用于止痒消炎酊的质量控制。Objective： To establish a HPLC method for the determination of fraxinellone in Zhiyang Xiaoyan tincture. Methods：The Hypersil BDS C18 column（4. 6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（60： 40）with a flow rate 1.0 mL·min^-1. The detection wavelenghth was at 236 rim. Results：There was a good linear relationship in the range of 0. 09～2. 25 μg （ r = 0. 999 6 ）. The average recovery was 97.8 % and RSD = 1.6 % （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is efficient and accurate with a good repeatability and can be used for the control of Zhiyang Xiaoyan tincture.
