摘  要:目的调查烧伤患者中铜绿假单胞杆菌感染的分布及病原体耐药现状。方法对2004年1月~2006年12月期间收治烧伤患者中培养鉴定感染铜绿假单胞杆菌481株及其药敏试验结果进行统计学分析。结果铜绿假单胞杆菌在本院烧伤患者感染病原菌的比例逐年上升,该菌对各种广谱抗生素也具有不同程度敏感性变化,在2004年1月~2006年12月期间铜绿假单胞杆菌多重耐药率逐年上升。结论铜绿假单胞杆菌是烧伤患者感染的主要多重耐药致病菌之一,通过实际研究对患者感染铜绿假单胞杆菌合坪而谨慎使用抗生素仍是延缓其耐药株快速升高的最好办法。Objective To investigate the distribution of Pseudomonas aeruginosa in burn patients and drug resistance of the pathogen. Methods 2 365 in-patients with bum underwent 1807 person-times of bacterial culture of the secretions from the infection sites. 481 strains of P. aeruginosa were isolated. Drug sensitivity tests were conducted with Kribry Bauer (KB) paper method. Results The submitted specimens with high isolation rates of P. aemginosa included secretion from the wound (accounting for 70.27% of the positive specimens), secretion from the respiratory tract (15.8%), blood, and urine. Most of the isolated strains were resistant to many broad-spectrum antibiotics, and were sensitive to compound preparation of penicillin, Cefoperazone/Sulbac tam Piperacillin/ Tazobaetam, Meropenem, Imipenem-Cilastatin, Ceflazidime, amikacin, fourth generation Cephalosporin, carbapenem antibiotics, etc. to different degrees. The multi-drug resistance rate increased with every passing year. Conclusion P. aeruginosa has been one of the major bacteria in burn infection with multiple drug resistance.
