摘  要:研究了鸡蛋壳对废水中重金属铜、铅、铬去除效能,并初步探讨了鸡蛋壳煅烧温度、用量和pH值对去除效率的影响,并观察其在最佳条件下对金属的去除率.结果表明,用400℃下煅烧2 h,质量浓度为30 g/L的鸡蛋壳(pH值3.0),其除铜率能达到最佳值99.56%;用500℃下煅烧2 h,质量浓度25 g/L的鸡蛋壳(pH值2.0),其除铅率达到最佳值79.25%;用300℃下煅烧2 h,质量浓度20 g/L的鸡蛋壳(pH值2.5),其除铬率最佳值51.99%.用鸡蛋壳处理酸性重金属废水,工艺简单,操作方便,处理效果好,具有一定的应用前景.The removal efficiency of egg shells on the heavy metals from wastewater of copper,lead,chromium were researched,and the influences of the egg shell calcining temperature,dosage and pH value on removal efficiency were discussed preliminarily,its removal rate on the metal was observed under the best conditions.The results showed that the copper removal rate could reach the optimum value 99.56%,on the condition that egg shell were calcined 2 h under 400 ℃,the content of egg shell was 30 g/L,pH value was 3.0.The copper removal rate could reach 79.25%,on the condition that egg shell were calcined 2 h under 500 ℃,the content of egg shell was 25 g/L,pH value was 2.0.The copper removal rate could reach 51.99%,on the condition that egg shell were calcined 2 h under 300 ℃,the content of egg shell was 20 g/L,pH value was 2.5.Using egg shell to handle acidic heavy metal wastewater,the process was simple,easy operation,good effect and has some application prospects.
