摘 要:【目的】明确不同颜色、不同高度粘板对小麦吸浆虫成虫的田间诱捕效果,寻找小麦吸浆虫成虫发生动态监测的科学方法。【方法】2010-04-05,在陕西省西安市长安区选择发生小麦吸浆虫越冬后出土幼虫虫口基数不等的麦田4块,采用自制大小为30 cm×20 cm,颜色分别为黄色、红色和蓝色的3种粘板,研究粘板颜色、设置高度(下沿距地面高度分别为40,70和110 cm)对小麦吸浆虫成虫诱捕效果的影响。最后进行了自制粘板以及市售10 cm×10 cm自带黏胶黄色粘板(以下简称市售黄色粘板)和性诱剂诱芯对小麦吸浆虫成虫田间诱捕试验。【结果】不同颜色、不同高度粘板均能诱捕小麦吸浆虫成虫,但诱虫量差异很大,其中以下沿距地面40 cm、自制黄色粘板的诱虫效果最多,诱虫量显著高于其他两种颜色、两种高度处理的自制粘板,市售黄色粘板和性诱剂诱芯的诱虫量均较少。【结论】自制黄色粘板可以作为一种有效的小麦吸浆虫成虫诱捕手段,用于监测小麦吸浆虫成虫的发生动态,在田间使用时以下沿距地面40 cm为宜。【Objective】 The study was done to select a scientific method for monitoring dynamics of the wheat blossom midge,Sitodiplosis mosellana(Géhin) adults and the trapping efficiencies of sticky-plates with different colours and heights were observed in this paper.【Method】 Three kinds of self-made sticky-plates with size of 30 cm×20 cm,which were yellow,red and blue respectively and set 40,70 and 100 cm each color from soil surface,and a commercial yellow sticky-plate as well as a sex pheromone lure were used to catch adults of S.mosellana(Géhin) in four wheat fields with different No.of overwintered larvae in Chang'an,Shaanxi from April to May,2010.【Result】 Results showed that all of the tested sticky-plates can be used to trap the adults of S.mosellana(Géhin),but there were significant differences in No.of trapped adults between sticky-plates with different colours or heights set.The most abundant adults were trapped when the sticky-plates of yellow colour and 40 cm of height from soil surface were used.Very few adults were trapped by commercial yellow sticky-plates and sex pheromone lures.【Conclusion】 The self-made sticky-plate with yellow and 40 cm of height from soil surface could be used for monitoring and trapping S.mosellana(Géhin) adults effectively.
