摘　　要：总结了我国军队医院数字化建设10多年的经验,从基本概念、基本条件、建设目标以及如何从"一号工程"平稳升级换代等几个方面对数字化医院进行全面论述,指出数字化医院应坚持以人为本和以病人为中心,必须具备领先的电子病历、全面的应用领域、全程的环节管理、优化的业务流程、统一的数据中心和完整的标准规范等6个条件,目的是实现临床业务数字化、患者服务数字化、资产管理数字化、医院物流数字化、管理决策智能化和楼宇建筑智能化。This article summarizes our army hospital digitization construction experience for over 10 years, and then the paper illustrtes the academic concept, the basic conditions, construction target and how to improve from NO.1 Military Medical System to digital hospital by several aspects. Accordingly, the digital hospital should adhere to the people- oriented and taking patient as the center, must possess advanced electronic medical records and comprehensive application fields and the overall management of the business process optimization, unity, data centers and complete standard on six conditions, the purpose of which is to realize digital service, clinical business digital, asset management digitization, hospital logistics management and decision making, intelligent digital intelligent building
