摘　　要：随着医疗体制改革的深入,以病人为中心,优化门诊服务流程,成为医院信息系统深化设计的重要目标。北京同仁医院通过发放门诊就诊卡等方法有效优化了门诊服务流程,减少了患者排队次数,缩短候诊时间,创建了医院门诊信息系统流程的新模式。With deep-going of health system reform, it becomes more and more important to optimize the procedure in outpatient office and make all service patient-directed. In our hospital we achieve the goal through a way we called One-Card-Solution, by this card, consultation and therapy are more efficient because patients don＇ t need to waste time queuing, also by this card, a new model of outpatient office information system is created.
