摘 要:板形控制系统是现代化热连轧机控制系统的重要组成部分,对产品质量有直接的影响。为了实现自动板形控制,开发了成套的板形控制系统。该系统包括控制软件、硬件及网络配置。板形控制软件主要有过程控制级的板形设定控制及与之相关的板形自学习和基础自动化级的弯辊力前馈控制、凸度反馈控制及平坦度反馈控制等。在经历基本设计、详细设计、编程调试和模型参数调整后,自动板形控制系统在1 580 mm热连轧生产线实现了稳定运行,并成功轧制最宽1 510 mm、最薄1.45 mm的带钢产品,轧制单位内带钢凸度和平坦度偏差基本控制在±15μm和±20 IU内。Shape control system is the important part of computer control systems of modern hot strip mills.It has direct influence on product quality.In order to realize automatic shape control,integrated profile and flatness control system was developed.This system was composed of control software,hardware and network configuration.The functions of the software mainly includes shape setup control and its correlative shape self-learning in process control system,bending force feedforward control,crown feedback control and flatness feedback control in basic automation system.After the basic design,detail design,programming,debug and adjustment of model parameters,automatic profile and flatness control system run stably on the product line of 1 580 mm hot strip mills.The widest strip with 1 510 mm and the thinnest strip with 1.45 mm were produced successfully.The deviations of strip crown and flatness in a rolling unit were less than ±15 μm and ±20 IU respectively.
