摘  要:通过应用光学显微镜和透射电镜,研究了正火温度对09MnNiDR钢组织性能的影响。结果表明:正火后钢板的屈服强度和抗拉强度下降,伸长率基本不变,低温韧性有所提高,铁素体和珠光体得到细化,带状组织得到消除。随着正火温度的升高,钢板强度保持不变,而低温韧性明显改善;同时珠光体片层间距及渗碳体厚度逐渐减小,而晶界碳化物的形态和数量也逐渐改变,这对钢板低温韧性的改善起到一定的作用。此外,钢中细小弥散的第二相粒子也有助于提高钢板的强度和韧性。Effects of normalizing temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of 09MnNiDR steel plate were investigated with optical microscope and TEM.The experimental results show that after normalization,the strength of plate decreased along with better low-temperature toughness and the elongation is almost unchanged.The ferrite and pearlite are refined and lamellar structures disappeared.When the temperature of normalization gets higher,the low-temperature toughness represents the much better performance with no change in strength.Furthermore,the laminar space of pearlite and thickness of cementite gets thinner gradually.The shape and number of the grain boundary carbide also changes.All of those make low-temperature toughness of plate improved.The refinement and diffused second-phases contribute to the higher strength as well as the better toughness.
