摘 要:为解决烧结工序能耗高的问题,根据能量守恒原理,对唐钢炼铁厂烧结机和环冷机进行了详细的能量平衡测试,通过对测试结果的分析,并结合生产设备及工艺特点,分析诊断了烧结工序的能源消耗状况。测试结果表明:烧结机排烟温度偏高,热损失较大,环冷机烟罩内串风严重、台车底部漏风较大。根据测试结果提出具体的改进措施。测试的原始数据为炼铁厂烧结工序的节能降耗提供重要的参考依据。To solve the problem of high energy consumption of sintering process,according to the energy conservation principle,the thermal measurements were operated toward sintering machine and circular cooler of iron making plant of Tangshan Iron and Steel Co.Through analysis of test results,combined with production equipment,technology and operational features,the utilization situation of thermal energy was analyzed and diagnosed.The results show that the temperature of exhaust gas from sintering machine is higher than normal,heat loss is greater,the flow of air is more serious between the hoods,and air leakage at the bottom of the pallet car is higher.According to the diagnosis,efficient waste heat recovery-utilization and other specific measures and ways of reducing power consumption were put forward to provide reliable basis for further improvement of the technology and equipment.
