摘　　要：随着3G技术的日渐成熟,手机普及率在农村日益提高。结合手机携带方便、经济实惠等特点,分析了3G时代移动信息服务的优势,阐述了新型农民的信息需求,探讨了移动信息服务方式,包括个性化的定制短信服务、专家远程灾害诊断、移动阅读、获取农业信息数据和手机电视等。As the 3G technology comes to maturity,the popularizing rate of mobile phone is increasing day by day in the countryside of China.Connecting with the convenient and economic characteristics of mobile phone,this paper analyzes the superiorities of mobile information service in 3G era,expounds the information demands of new-type farmers,and probes into the modes of mobile information service including personalized customized message service,experts remote disasters diagnosis,mobile reading,acquisition of agricultural information data,and mobile phone TV,etc.
