摘　　要：通过对秦皇岛市城镇居民公益性文化需求的调研,在深入了解秦皇岛市城镇居民文化需求特征及消费现状的基础上,对如何满足和引导人民群众精神文化需求提出了相应的对策建议。Through the investigate and survey on nonprofit cultural needs of Qinhuangdao＇s urban residents,and based on the understanding the characteristics of cultural needs and cultural consumption status of Qinhuangdao＇s urban residents,this paper puts forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on satisfying and guiding the spiritual and cultural needs of the people.
