摘  要:目的建立微波溶样ICP-OES法测定明胶制空心胶囊中的无机元素,对空心胶囊质量进行控制。方法采用HNO3-HF消解体系对明胶制空心胶囊进行微波消解制样,利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)同时测定了多种金属的含量。结果与结论被测样品中铝、铬、铁、锡、锌含量较高。该方法的加标回收率在98.5%~105.2%之间,相对标准偏差在0.9%~5.2%之间,操作简便、快速,结果准确,适用于明胶制空心胶囊中金属的测定。Objective To determine inorganic elements in vacant gelatin capsules by microwave digestion-ICP-OES,in order to control the quality of vacant gelatin capsules.Methods The determination was studied that samples were digested with HNO3-HF system by microwave digestion and the inorganic elements content were simultaneously determined by ICP-OES.Results and Conclusion The determination results indicated that the content of Al,Cr,Fe and Sn were rather higher.The recoveries of the methods were between 98.5%~105.2%.RSDs were in the range of 0.9%~5.2%.This method is accurate,quickly,accessible and convenient.It can be applied to practical sample analysis.
