摘　　要：目的 探讨优缺点记录本在大内科细节管理中的应用.方法 大内科总护士长建立一个优缺点记录本,用于记录内科10个病区护理工作的优点与缺点.1次优点可以抵消1次缺点.当优缺点相互抵消后,仍有多余的缺点,且≥3件次时,考核病区护士长5分,该病区进入下一个记录周期 当优缺点相互抵消后,有多余的优点时,则该病区的优点事件可以继续使用,不进入下一个记录周期.结果 护士工作的积极性得到了极大的发挥,建立优缺点记录本后一年,10个病区在大内科的护理质控检查项目全年的月平均分均不同程度地高于建立记录本前的一年,病人对护理工作的满意度也显著提高.结论 优缺点记录本在大内科细节管理中具有良好的作用.Objective To explore the application of advantage and disadvantage record book in great medical details management. Methods Large internal medicine charge nurse established a record book to record the advantages and disadvantages of ten internal medicine wards. One advantage was offsetted by a drawback. When the advantages and disadvantages were cancelled each other out, there were still shortcomings in excess, and was equal to greater than three times, assessed ward charge nurse five points, the record of the ward into the next cycle when the advantages and disadvantages were cancelled each other out, there were extra advantages, the ward should be continued to use the advantages, not into the next cycle. Results The enthusiasm of nurses had been a great play, after the establishment of the advantages and disadvantages for one year, the average monthly sub - projects＇scores were better than those of last year, and patients＇satisfaction with nursing work was increased significantly. Conclusions The advantage and disadvantsge record book has a good effect in great medical details management.
