摘 要:目的探讨人参复方和丹黄合剂对模拟失重条件下大鼠骨骼肌萎缩的防护效应。方法尾吊大鼠30d,口服中药复方,测定比目鱼肌(SOL)和腓肠肌(GAS)肌纤维百分含量和纤维面积,电镜检测其超微结构变化。结果人参(RS)和丹黄(DH)组SOL的I型纤维含量较悬吊对照(SC)分别增加(13.5±0.96)%(P<0.05)和(11.2±0.84)%(P<0.05),GAS的I型纤维有增加趋势;RS和DH组SOL和GAS肌纤维面积都较SC组增加,RS组更明显(P<0.05);RS和DH组SOL肌小节结构较SC有所改善。结论人参复方和丹黄合剂可以部分改善悬吊引起的骨骼肌萎缩。Objective To study the protective effect of RenShen compound and DanHuang compound on muscle atrophy caused by simulated weightlessness in rats. Method Percentage and cross sectional area of fibers and ultrastructure of soleus(SOL) and gastrocnemius(GAS) were determined in 30 d tail suspended rats with or without administration of the medicine. Result The percentage of type I fiber of SOL in RenShen(RS) group and DanHuang(DH) group increased by (13.5±0.96)%(P<0.05) and (11.2±0.84)%(P<0.05) respectively, and those of GAS showed only an increasing trend as compared with suspension control(SC). Cross sectional area of muscle fibers of SOL and GAS in both groups increased,especially in RS group(P<0.05). The construction of SOL sarcomere in RS and DH groups was improved as compared with SC. Conclusion RS and DH compounds can partially prevent muscle atrophy caused by tail suspension.
