氟苯尼考注射液对猪的安全性研究

摘　　要：本试验旨在研究肌注氟苯尼考注射液(20%)对靶动物猪的安全性。选取24头健康猪,分为对照组和高、中、低剂量给药组,给药组颈部肌肉注射氟苯尼考注射液分别为每公斤体重100、60和20 mg,且在第1天和第3天连续给药2次。比较给药前后的血常规和血液生化指标,并观察给药后动物的临床表现。结果表明:试验期间,各组猪临床表现正常,只有高剂量组和中剂量组的猪在给药第3天或第4天出现了腹泻现象,但随后亦慢慢恢复正常;各给药组给药后的血常规和血生化指标均在正常范围内波动,与给药前相比无显著性差异性(P>0.05)。本试验结果说明氟苯尼考注射液(20%)通过肌注给药对猪无明显的不良反应,具有较好的安全性。The safety of 20% florfenicol injection was evaluated in pigs. Twenty-four pigs were randomly divided into three experiment groups and one control group. The three experiment groups were intramuscularly injected 100 mg, 60 mg and 20 mg of 20% florfenicol injection per kilogram of body weight on day 0 and 3, respectively. All groups were received a detailed observation everyday. The blood routine and biochemical indices were compared before and after administration. During the experiment, sows and their piglets in each group performed normally, except that some pigs in the high and medium dosage groups showed diarrhea at 3 or 4 clays after administration, but then returned to normal gradually. The increased body weights among the three experiment groups were similar （P〉0. 05 ）, and the blood routine and biochemical indices were within the normal range and had no statistical differences compared with those before administration （P〉 0. 05 ）. It suggested that the 20% Florfenieol injection has no toxic and side effects to pigs.
