摘　　要：文献采访工作是高校图书馆文献资源建设的源头,是图书馆开展读者服务工作的基础。文献采访人员作为文献的收集者、把关者在提高自身素质的基础上需要深入了解学校的教学政策、院系的课程设置、图书馆的馆藏现状、文献出版的相关信息等内容,并与其他部门人员建立良性的互动机制。Literature acquisitioning work,which is the fountainhead of university library＇s literature resources construction,is the foundation of library＇s service for readers.The literature acquisitioning personnel,being as the literature collector and gatekeeper,should look into the contents related to the information of university＇s teaching policy,college＇s and department＇s course design,library＇s collection state,and literature publication,etc.based on the improvement of self quality,and establish a benign interaction mechanism with the personnel of other sections.
