摘　　要：在分析高校图书馆施以人文关怀必要性的基础上,详细阐述了图书馆对读者实施人文关怀的举措,探讨了高校图书馆实施人文关怀的保证。Based on the analysis on the necessity of implementing the humanistic solicitude by university library,this paper expounds the measures for implementing the humanistic solicitude to the readers by university library,and probes into the guarantee for implementing the humanistic solicitude by university library.
