摘　　要：以高速大功率柴油机电控技术智力引进项目管理为例,论述了电控技术智力引进项目的管理方法和工作流程,分析了柴油机关键技术智力引进的途径、选择原则及引进模式创新的方法,总结了项目管理具体实施的实践经验。Taking the project management of intelligence introduction of high-speed and high-power（HSHP） diesel engine＇s electronic control technology as an example,this paper describes the methods and work flow for the project management of intelligence introduction of electronic control technology,analyzes the approaches,selection principles and mode innovation methods of the intelligence introduction for diesel engine＇s key technologies,and sums up the practice experiences of concrete implementation of the project management.
