止血绫在93例少量鼻出血患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的总结S-100止血绫在少量鼻出血中应用效果,寻求更好的止血填塞材料。方法 2008年5月至2009年6月因鼻出血患者共157例,用S-100止血绫作为填塞材料93例,与凡士林油纱条填塞后的止血效果以及鼻腔反应进行比较。结果止血绫组止血总有效率为97.94%,和油纱条组比较无统计学意义;鼻塞、鼻痛、咽干、溢泪、耳鸣两组比较P<0.001。结论止血绫在少量鼻出血中是一种更好的止血填塞材料。Objective To summarize the utility of absorbable stanching satin S-100 used in the patients with minor epistaxis and explore better nasal packing materials.Methods The haemostatic effect and nasal cavity response were compared in two groups of totally 157 epistaxis patients from May 2008 to June 2009,in which 93 cases were packed with absorbable stanching satin S-100 while 64 cases packed with Vaseline gauze.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups of the haemostatic effect（absorbable stanching satin S-100 group 97.94% Vs.Vaseline gauze group 100%,P0.05）.But absorbable stanching satin S-100 was better at controlling nasal obstruction,rhinalgia,dry pharynx,epiphora and tinnitus in epistaxis patients compared with Vaseline gauze（P0.001）.Conclusion Absorbable stanching satin S-100 is a better nasal packing material used in minor epistaxis.
