甘精胰岛素联合用药与预混胰岛素疗效比较

摘　　要：目的通过临床试验比较甘精胰岛素与预混胰岛素治疗糖尿病的疗效。方法将60例口服降糖药血糖控制不理想的2型糖尿病患者随机分为甘精胰岛素治疗组和预混胰岛素治疗组,前者使用重组甘精胰岛素联合那格列奈治疗,后者使用预混胰岛素治疗。结果两组血糖均明显下降,甘精胰岛素组下降更显著,低血糖发生机率小。结论甘精胰岛素联合那格列耐使口服降糖药血糖控制不理想的2型糖尿病患者血糖达标更好,副作用的发生率更少,依从性更大。Objective To compare the therapy effect on diabetes by insulin glargine and premixed insulin by clinical trials.Methods The 60 cases of type 2 diabetes patients on who oral medication blood glucose control were not ideal were randomly divided into insulin glargine group and premixed insulin group,the former using recombinant insulin glargine treatment in combination with nateglinide,and the latter used premixed insulin therapy.Results The blood glucose levels of the two groups were obviously decreased,the former was more remarkable than the latter,and lower blood glucose probabilities of the former was lower.Conclusion The insulin glargine treatment in combination with nateglinide on patients with type 2 diabetes on who oral medication blood glucose control were not ideal had more effectiveness,the lower incidence of side effects and higher compliance.
