前列地尔注射剂治疗高龄老年糖尿病肾病70例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨前列地尔注射剂对高龄老年糖尿病肾病、肾功能不全期的疗效。方法将140例高龄老年糖尿病肾病的患者随机分为前列地尔注射剂治疗组(治疗组)和常规治疗组(对照组),每组70例。治疗组在常规治疗基础上予前列地尔注射剂治疗,疗程为4周,并观察血肌酐及24h尿白蛋白的变化。结果治疗组血肌酐及24h尿白蛋白在治疗前后有明显变化(P<0.01),与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论前列地尔注射剂对高龄老年糖尿病肾病、慢性肾功能不全有一定的治疗作用。Objective To explore efficiency of prostaglandin E1 in treating elder patients （〉80 years） with diabetic nephropathy. Methods 140 patients were divided into two groups, including study group and control group, each having 70 cases. The control groups were treated with medicines to eliminate the toxicant and control blood pressure and blood sugar tevels. The patients in the study group were treated with Prostaglandin E1 and the other treatments were the same to control groups. Results After treatment the quantity of urine protein during 24 hours and serum crcatinine in study group were significantly reduced compared with those of before treatment （P〈0.01）, and there was a significant difference between the study group and the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Prostaglandin E1 has a better treatment effect on diabetic nephropathy.
