摘　　要：系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)是一种自身免疫介导的,炎症性、系统性结缔组织病,可累及全身多个系统。近年证实SLE易并发心血管疾病。随着超声影像技术发展和功能的改进,超声已成为检查SLE患者并发心血管疾病的重要检查手段。本文就超声检查在SLE并发心血管疾病中的应用进行综述。Systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） is an autoimmune - mediated, inflammatory, systemic connecuve tissue disease, and it involves many body systems and organs. Recent years, SLE easily complicated by cardiovascular diseases （CVD） has been confirmed. With the development of ultrasound imaging technology and improvement in its function, ultrasonography has become an important method for CVD of SLE patients. This paper reviews the application of ultrasound in CVD of SLE.
