摘　　要：目的:观察针刺对AlCl3致阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)大鼠空间记忆障碍的改善作用并探讨其可能机制。方法:采用AlCl3灌胃制作AD大鼠模型,Morris水迷宫检测大鼠空间记忆能力,免疫印迹检测tau蛋白磷酸化水平。结果:针刺能明显缩短大鼠寻找平台的时间,降低tau蛋白磷酸化水平。结论:针刺能有效改善因AlCl3所致的大鼠空间记忆障碍,其机制可能与抑制tau蛋白过度磷酸化有关。Objective： To observe the spatial memory impact of acupuncture to AD（Alzheimer＇s disease,AD） rats and discuss the mechanism.Methods： The AD model was established by AlCl3.Spatial memory retention and tau protein were detected by Morris and Western blot.Results： It was shown that the acupuncture can shorten the time to find the platform and decrease the tau hyperphosphorylation level.Conclusion： Acupuncture may effectively prevent the rats from AlCl3-induced spatial memory deficits by inhibiting tau hyperphosphorylation.
